Project management

Due to the non-critical, quality-first nature of the project and because of the tiny number of developpers working on it at the time of its beginning, no specific development methodology has been used. However, a number of XP good practices (unit tests, refactoring, sustainable pace) have been used.

Team

Releases

Releases are usually published after 10 days of work. We try to avoid publishing after more that 10 days of work to avoid the project "tunnel" effect that keep some stakeholders away from the project orientations and results.
