Knowledge Interactive Consultation Sample Application (KiCsa sounds in french like "Qui sait çà ?" or "Who knows that ?" in english) has been initiated as an internal project by Orange France in September 2002 to :

• provide an internal skill management system
• provide a design and implementation example following the Orange France design and implementation guidelines.

Because of this later goal, KiCsa was put into the Open Source community in December 2002. The project contents are today available on SourceForge.net under the Apache 1.1 licence, allowing you to view, use, modify and redistribute the code, provided that you join this licence.
